I’m bringing the Summer Special back for the months of June and July this year. Session must be booked and take place before July 31st! Contact me today for more information as I will have limited summertime availability!
My favorite thing about maternity and newborn sessions is being able to share the story of how a new little one comes into this world. Being able to document the changing family, whether it be a first baby or a new sibling is such a joy. For the H Family I was also able to come to the hospital the morning after this beautiful mama delivered their newest addition. I know we all had an idea of how we “wanted” the meeting of big brother and little brother to go, but children are real and their emotions can not be controlled. So when big brother arrived it didn’t go as planned but it was still raw and emotional. (I was totally wiping tears off of my camera btw!) He was so unsure, so afraid but in his mama’s arms he was ok. It also didn’t help that the poor guy had come down with an ear infection that morning so he wasn’t feeling 100% either.
So, as you can imagine I was curious how their in home lifestyle newborn session would go. It was great. Big brother was a champ! Totally in love with his little bro! I can’t tell you how neat it’s been to see the progression of this family going from three to four. Thank you to the H Family for letting me be a part of such an amazing time in your life!
Think you might want those first few hours at the hospital documented? Do it! Don’t worry about make up and how you will look because let’s be honest we all looked exhausted and beat down. Hello you just gave birth! It’s a moment that you will treasure and 20 years from now you won’t care what your hair looked like or if you had dark circles under your eyes. I am now offering the first 24 hours as an add on to your Belly to Baby Package. Contact me today for more information!
Baby G is growing like a weed. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was shooting her newborn session and now she’s 5 months old! We were lucky enough to have some of the few remaining nice evenings around here, with my favorite lighting later in the day. Enjoy the little peek of this sweet babe!
I had a great time hanging with the D family back before the holidays while we explored Rollins College. Us along with about 30 other photographers and families that were also taking holiday photos that day
This gorgeous family probably looks very familiar to you if you frequent my blog at all. I’ve been capturing life moments for the W Family for a few years now. I’ve watched them grow from a family of two, to three and now FOUR! They welcomed baby Sis Audrey just a few days before Christmas and I could not be more happy for them. Big Sis Olivia is fitting in very nicely to her new role and loves her little sis so much.
